Delivery Information

DELIVERY

When ordering, we require you to provide a full delivery address including post code, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number, as all deliveries will need to be signed for. The bulk of our packages are sent with a third party carrier ( APC).

Please Note: When you order before 11am (GMT), this is classed as the first working day. For orders made after that time, the following day counts as the first working day, so please take this into consideration when ordering. If you are in any doubt or need your display quickly then please contact our office on 01905 745 475.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK

We are able to ship all of our displays anywhere in the world. Some products can be purchased online and delivered to selected locations worldwide although we are able to provide a quotation for delivery to your desired destination. If you don't see the country for delivery available in the drop down menu at the checkout please give us a call on 01905 745 475 and our team will be happy to provide you with a price. 

DELIVERY TIME

From artwork sign off our usual production time is 5 -7 working days and one working day for delivery ( using our next day courier service). This may vary between productions and is subject stock levels, volume of jobs in the production queue and events such Bank holidays etc. For a specific delivery information please give us a call on 01905 745 475. 

DELIEVRY CHARGES 

Our standard delivery charge is £15 + VAT to mainland UK. For larger orders and deliveries outside the mainland UK orders may incur additional costs.
